We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Service Engineer to join our growing team at Hi-Tech Scientific Equipments.
In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and technical support of high-grade laboratory and scientific instruments used across research, industrial, and analytical environments.
These are sophisticated and high-value instruments that require precision handling, technical expertise, and strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of laboratory equipment
- Preventive maintenance and servicing
- Technical troubleshooting and support
- Customer interaction and on-site assistance
- Coordination with internal technical and sales teams
- Travel to client locations across India
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of industry experience
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Experience handling scientific or laboratory instruments is preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
- Professional communication and service attitude
